So the training starts again today, with a speed run at Kanteerava (tracks). I am happy that I am able to keep upto the time I used to take in the last season when I was training with Dharam. I still wish to train with him, but I have at least 3 Kgs to lose before that and this training plan would help me get a little faster as well as help me lose that extra weight!
The fierce training with D would start by August end, before that I would want to re-calibrate myself and do a fast half again somewhere, maybe at one of the Dandi Runs
I am excited for this training like all the previous years, again this year I will be supporting Sudha Mehta Cancer Foundation, like the previous years, so any help in that direction would be appreciated :-)
