After a loooooong time I crossed the 65K weekly mileage. YAY!!!!!
Thanks to the Ugadi holiday, I did around 15K that day which really helped in the high mileage week. The best part was my fitness level. I am pretty impressed with myself, no painful shins, no irritating back!
Would like to carry on with this kind of mileage in the coming weeks, since I am running the Great tibetan marathon this year, and this would help me in mission Mumbai!!!
